      摘要 目的: 探讨血清adropin在运动改善肥胖青年心血管功能中的作用及机制。 方法:20例男性肥胖青年进行为期8周的高强度间歇训练。分别于训练前、后测量有氧运动能力[最大有氧速度(MAS)、最大摄氧量(VO2max)],体成分[体质指数(BMI)、体脂百分比(Fat%)],血脂水平[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)],胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),血流介导的血管舒张功能(FMD)及血清adropin水平。 结果:8周高强度间歇训练后,肥胖组BMI、Fat%、TC、TG、HOMA-IR显著降低,MAS、VO2max、adropin、FMD显著提高,多元线性逐步回归分析发现△adropin是△FMD的独立影响因素。 结论:高强度间歇训练改善肥胖青年血管舒张功能与血清adropin浓度的改变相关,血清adropin 可能在运动干预改善血管内皮功能的过程中起着重要作用。

      Abstract Objective:To assess the effect of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on plasma adropin concentration, to investigate the affection and mechanisms of plama adropin in exercise improving cardiovascular function of obese youth. Method: Twenty male obese youth received a 8-weeks high-intensity interval training. Aerobic capacity (MAS, VO2max), body composition (BMI, Fat%), lipid profile [triglycerides(TG) and total, high-density lipoprotein(HDL) and low-density lipoprotein(LDL) cholesterol], HOMA-IR, flow mediated dilation(FMD) and plasma adropin were measured before and after the HIIT program. Result:After 8 weeks of HIIT, BMI, Fat%, TC, TG, HOMA-IR were significantly decreased, and MAS, VO2max, adropin, FMD were significantly improved in the male obese youth. Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis revealed that training-induced △adropin was the independent factor of training induced △FMD. Conclusion: The training-induced changes in serum adropin level exhibit the positive correlation with the training-induced changes in FMD. Therefore the increase in serum adropin level as response to HIIT may be useful to the increased FMD in male obese youth.
